Quasimodo is a gentle misshapen young man, who lives in the bell tower of the Notre Dame cathedral. Frollo, the man who nearly killed him as a baby, is now keeping him in the bell tower, hidden from the world.  But during the Festival of Fools, Quasimodo leaves the tower. He meets a beautiful gypsy girl named Esmeralda and the handsome soldier named Phoebus. Together they must save the home of the gypsies and protect the cathedral of Notre Dame.
